本屆獲獎(jiǎng)作品——中鐵·春臺望康復(fù)養(yǎng)老照護(hù)中心，以“都市桃花源”的設(shè)計(jì)理念進(jìn)行空間場所打造，并根據(jù)對老人的心理、行為、作息以及愛好等特征出發(fā)，注入人文溫度，打造承載社交學(xué)習(xí)、運(yùn)動康復(fù)、文娛頤樂于一體的溫馨場域。其專業(yè)力、創(chuàng)造力、對工藝的執(zhí)著追求和美感的塑造，贏得國際市場及業(yè)界的廣泛認(rèn)可，最終從全球35個(gè)國家2000多件參賽作品中脫穎而出，斬獲2023美國TITANInterior Design - Healthcare 金獎(jiǎng)，讓中鐵·春臺項(xiàng)目入列世界美學(xué)坐標(biāo)，于國際舞臺彰顯專業(yè)影響力。

中鐵·春臺，是中國中鐵在西南地區(qū)投建的首個(gè)城市田園CCRC康養(yǎng)旗艦社區(qū)，項(xiàng)目擇址于千年古城四川省成都市郫都區(qū)（友愛鎮(zhèn)奧特萊斯旁），自然資源優(yōu)良，人文底蘊(yùn)豐厚。距天府廣場不到30公里，區(qū)位交通優(yōu)勢明顯。夏無酷暑、冬無嚴(yán)寒，雨量充沛。近享清水河生態(tài)藝術(shù)公園、巴蜀文化之源望叢祠等巴蜀文化資源。
